The Home Builders Association in cooperation with the HBA Charitable Foundation will sponsor the Kick-Off of Keven Cohen’s 11th Annual Radiothon for Leukemia at the Home & Garden Show on Friday, March 12, 2010. The WVOC-AM/560 Afternoon Drive with Keven Cohen will originate from the Home & Garden Show from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. on the opening day of the show. A portion of all Home & Garden Show gate ticket sales matched by the Charitable Foundation and Preview Party tickets will be donated to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Last year the Radiothon raised $125,000 to find a cure for leukemia (the #1 disease killer of children), lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and to improve the quality of life for patients and their families.
