       The Sales & Marketing Council of Columbia offers its members access to a multitude of valuable educational programs, and hands-on activities, as well as access to the industry's premier professional designation programs for marketing (MIRM) and sales (CSP) professionals through the Institute of Residential Marketing (IRM).  It is our goal to provide our members with the necessary information and training to stay competitive with the changing markets in the homebuilding industry.
