   Membership in the Sales & Marketing Council is for members of the Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia and/or their employees.  Once there is an HBA member in your office, anyone can join the SMC for only $85 a year.

May is National Membership Month and we are competing against other local Sales & Marketing Councils across the country in this national membership drive.

The May Membership Drive is over.  Thanks to everyone who participated!  The SMC grew by over 30 members this month thanks to everyone's effort.

The deadline to submit new SMC applications is Monday, May 21st at 5:00 p.m. to be considered for the competition.  Completed applications and dues check must be submitted at that time – incomplete applications will not be accepted.
