The Remodelors Council of Greater Columbia was formed in June of 1986 by members of the Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia who were involved in the home improvement industry. These members realized a need for a specialized council to promote ethical business practices and set quality standards for the remodeling industry in the midlands.
Since 1986, the Remodelors Council has been successful in boosting the public image of the remodeling industry and improving the industry in general. The council has been awarded seven national Council Awards for Demonstrating Remodelor Excellence (CADRE) from the National Remodelors Council. Our Remodelors is currently one of the ten largest in the entire country, and growing each month!
In 2008, we became the HBA of Greater Columbia Remodelers (HBAR), or Columbia Remodelers.
