Andrew Cole has been named Chairman of the Building Industry Association (BIA) of Central South Carolina Remodelers Council. He assumed the role January 1, 2016.
The BIA of Central SC Remodelers Council was founded in 1986 by members of the association who felt they needed their own organization to address the specific needs of the growing industry.  Goals of the council are to enhance the reputation of the remodeling industry through community involvement and by educating members and the public on high standards of commercial and home improvement practices.  In addition to providing education and professional networking opportunities for members, the council presents the annual Columbia Remodelers Awards (CRAs) which recognize excellence in local remodeling.
