The Peninsula at Lake Carolina
The Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia held the popular Parade of Homes May 7 - 22, 2011. Northeast Columbia’s Lake Carolina hosted the event in The Peninsula neighborhood.
The Parade of Homes is a single-site showing of new homes that are fully decorated and landscaped. Attendees are able to walk through each home and see the latest in building techniques and technology and enjoy beautiful home décor. See the homes here. The Peninsula is the only gated community of Lake Carolina. This neighborhood is nestled on the southwest side of Lake Carolina and features large lots with beautiful views.
