Columbia’s Largest Open House of New Homes for Sale is the 2013 TOUR OF HOMES this April 13-14, 20-21 & 27-28 from 11:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays and from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sundays.
The annual scattered-site showing will offer five Featured Communities and 53 new homes for your inspection. The TOUR OF HOMES gives you the opportunity to see the best new home communities and homes in every price range. Columbia’s finest builders and developers will show you their innovative ideas, special design features, dynamic floor plans and fine craftsmanship. While some model homes are decorated and furnished, many of the homes are not. If you are interested in seeing a finished or furnished model, please contact the real estate agent and they will be happy to assist you.
Sixteen builders and developers will participate in the TOUR OF HOMES this year. As you tour their lovely neighborhoods and homes, remember that a new home is still one of the most sound investments you can make. Interest rates are still among the lowest they’ve been in the last 25 years, so now is one of the best times to buy a new home. Perhaps one of the homes or communities you see will be the one that is perfect for your family.
The five Featured Communities on the TOUR OF HOMES are Cobblestone Park, Lake Carolina, Lexington Villas, Saluda River Club and Springhill Lake.
Builders in the TOUR OF HOMES are Blue Ribbon Builders, Crown Communities, DR Horton, Ensight Homes, Epcon Communities, Essex Homes, Inc., Executive Construction, LLC, Fortress Builders, Great Southern Homes, Holiday Builders, Homemax, Lifestone Homes, Mid South Builders, Mungo Homes, Saluda River Club and Sovereign Homes.
Plan books featuring all of the homes and Featured Communities on the TOUR will be available at all Russell & Jeffcoat Real Estate locations, at all of the five Featured Communities and in digital format on our website (scroll down) at no charge. Once you get the book, plan your route and go see some new homes. The TOUR OF HOMES will be open April 13-14, 20-21 & 27-28 from 11:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays and from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sundays and is free to visit.

On the location map on pages 8 & 9 of the Planbook, markers for Home #21 and Featured Community #28, Springhill Lake, are incorrect. The #21 marker should be just above marker #14, and marker #28 should be next to marker #29. The directions to each location on their respective pages in the Planbook are correct, so please follow those directions to visit those locations. Sorry for any confusion caused by this error.
