Columbia’s Largest Open House of New Homes for Sale is the 2011 TOUR OF HOMES held this September 17, 18, 24, and 25 and October 1 and 2. The annual scattered-site showing offered six Featured Communities and 44 new homes.
The TOUR OF HOMES gives you the opportunity to see the best communities, as well as fine homes in every price range. Columbia’s finest builders and developers will showed you their innovative ideas, special design features, dynamic floor plans and fine craftsmanship.
Sixteen different builders and developers participated in the TOUR OF HOMES this year. Although the event is over for this year, you can still see the homes on-line and in-person by contacting the sales agent or homebuilder.
