Application Instructions and More Information:

- Fill out all requested information

- Builder/Developer dues - $475.00*/year Associate dues - $450.00/year

- Affiliate dues - $250.00 (Your company must have at least one Builder or Associate Member in this HBA)

*Builder dues include a $5 per building permit fee to be billed quarterly.

*Developer dues include $10 per lot developed to be billed quarterly.

Membership is on an anniversary calendar. If you join in October 2008, you'll be a member until October 2009.

To be a Builder Member, you must have an SC Builder/Contractors License for at least 1 year.

Make Checks to "HBAGC" Send entire amount of yearly dues.

HBA Board meets at the beginning of each month to review applications. You will receive notice once accepted.

- If you were referred to the HBA by a member, please fill that persons name/company in the "Sponsor" blank a the bottom of the form. If not, leave the space blank.

- By joining the HBA of Greater Columbia, you will also become a member of the HBA of South Carolina and the National Association of Home Builders.

- If you are in Kershaw County, please call our office for the appropriate application

We have a Kershaw County Chapter of the HBA that meets in that county.
