The 2007 Parade of Homes at Turner's Pointe on Lake Murray, September 15 - 30, 2007 On behalf of the 1,500+ members of the Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia, we welcome you to the 2007 Parade of Homes! We appreciate your investment of time in coming to this event and hope you are pleased with what you are about to see. We are extremely happy to have the 23rd Annual Parade of Homes at Turner’s Pointe on the shores of beautiful Lake Murray in Lexington, S.C. This new community is located on a peninsula of approximately 43 acres and has approximately one mile of shoreline overlooking big water with a breathtaking view, with your choice of 88 home sites and lot sizes range from courtyard size to more than half an acre. Six builder members from our association have been working diligently to bring you their finest work for this event. They have employed many innovative ideas and fabulous amenities in each house. You’ll also see, in each home, many fine architectural and technological features that are cutting-edge in the industry. While you are looking at these homes and after you leave the Parade, we encourage you to use this plan book as a resource. It includes detailed information about each house, builder and interior designer. As you tour these homes, keep in mind that a new home is still the best investment you can make. When you do make the decision to buy or build a new home, we think you’ll find it to your advantage to do business with members of the Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia. The 2007 Parade of Homes will be open to the public September 15-30 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Gates will open one hour early on each Thursday for Mother Morning Out. On each Tuesday, enjoy two-for-one admission for tickets bought at the gate only. Discount tickets may be purchased at your local Publix supermarkets while supplies last. | About HBAGC: The Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia (HBAGC) is a non-profit professional trade association founded in 1957 for the purpose of maintaining high professional standards in the residential construction industry.
