Michelle Shreve-Thomas, owner of Builders Design Source, specializes in interior merchandising and new construction design, as well as homebuyer design consultations. Her services are customdesigned for each individual builder’s needs and can cover all facets of new residential construction. Michelle’s main objective in designing a home is to create a welcoming environment to which the potential buyer can relate and feel at home.

Michelle’s extensive client list includes local home builders and national and international builders and developers. Some of her recent projects include award-winning model homes in Columbia, as well as Hilton Head/Bluffton and community clubhouses in Bluffton and Atlanta. She is also currently serving as a onsultant on an upscale condominium project in Croatia and on additional projects in Texas. Michelle is a five-time participant in the Parade of Homes and is a recipient of the 2004 and 2006 Parade of Homes Critic’s Choice Award for Best Interior Design.

Brian Asbill POMCREEK BUILDERS, INC.

Welcome to The Macklin. We are excited to be involved in this year’s Parade of Homes at Turner’s Pointe. Brian formed Pomcreek Builders, Inc. in 1998 to specialize in creating distinctive homes that showcase excellent quality, and Turner’s Pointe exemplifies these same ideals.

Brian graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering in 1986. He and his wife, Terri have two sons, Tyler and Joshua. They have enjoyed residing in the Lexington area for nearly 12 years. Brian and his family are active members of St. Andrews Baptist Church.

Growing up in the Columbia area, Brian has a vested interest in constructing homes that compliment the surroundings and will be an attractive component of the community for years to come. Throughout the process of building his high quality homes, Brian prides himself on maintaining his honesty and integrity with clients and subcontractors alike. Pomcreek Builders has a reputation for building homes rooted in tradition, but with design elements that function with today’s families.
