Lifestyles Design Studio owners Kelli Limehouse and Tina Grimes collaborated with designer Lori Dodd on the “The Sawgrass” in Turner’s Pointe: “Creating a relaxing and beautiful retreat that welcomes you home is our specialty at Lifestyles. Our studio offers a fresh perspective in our finely crafted furniture lines, fabulous local and regional artwork, and intriguing accessories, lamps and rugs. Custom window treatments and bedding design are also available. We invite you to visit our retail location. We would love to help make your house a home!

Theresa LeJohn has been in the residential industry for 13 years and started her own business in 1994. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina and is a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia. Theresa is also a member of the Lexington Chamber of Commerce and attends Saxe Gotha Presbyterian Church.

Theresa’s philosophy: In your quest to find the perfect new home, keep in mind the “measurable differences” that I believe will ensure you will live in the home of your dreams. Measurable differences in my design work include a wide selection of awardwinning styles and floor plans. All of my homes are filled with custom features and the architectural extras that make living in them gracious and comfortable, differences that go beyond walls and ceilings to eliminate wasted space, enhance lighting and make a dramatic statement in every square foot of living area.

Another measurable difference in my work is a “hand-holding” approach to help make you comfortable throughout the building process, from helping you select a neighborhood to interior design services to product service even after you move in.
